Budget carrier Cebu Pacific has extended its free Test Before Boarding (TBB) program for Hong Kong-bound passengers until October 31.
In an advisory, Cebu Pacific said passengers will have to proceed directly to the Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADLAB) located at the second floor of Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (near Gate 6) four hours before the scheduled time of departure.
The COVID-19 antigen testing for Hong Kong-bound passengers is open from 1:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. daily.?
“Antigen Test results will be released within 30 minutes, and only passengers with negative results may proceed to the check-in area,” Cebu Pacific said.
“Guests who will be unable to take the Antigen Test or receive a positive test result will not be accepted for check-in,” it said.
Passengers who will not be accepted for check-in can choose to either rebook, convert the amount into a travel fund, or have a refund which may take up to two months.
Cebu Pacific resumed its Manila-Hong Kong flights last month, with passengers required to complete the HKG Department of Health Online declaration Form, as well as a negative RT-PCR test result valid 72 hours before the time of departure.
All guests are also mandated to present their confirmation of room reservation in a hotel in Hong Kong for at least 21 days. Vaccinated travelers will also be required to show their vaccination records.—AOL, GMA News
