
Globe Telecom on Wednesday advised its subscribers to restart their mobile devices and modems to restore their data services following a service disruption.
In a statement, Globe said its customers experienced a service disruption on Wednesday affecting mobile data services.
Globe mobile customers including platinum, postpaid, prepaid, TM and Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi experienced loss of data services that started at 1:15 p.m. Globe said data services were restored at 3:33 p.m.
According to Globe, the disruption was caused by a system issue impacting its data charging facility.—Ma. Angelica Garcia/LDF, GMA News
